The meade DS-2130ATS is supposed to be a fantastic telescope for the beginner but able to holds its own with the advanced amateur.
meade DS-2130ATS 127mm reflecting telescope features autostar, Digital Readouts of position, Automatic sidereal-rate tracking and a nine speed dual-axis operation. The normal telescope accessories that are included are a full size tripod, star navigator (astronomy software) a 6x30mm finder scope two telescope eyepieces (25mm and 9.7mm).
Mixed reviews of this telescope specially when viewing Saturn.. I went out to find a friend of mine that had one 
of these scopes. We meet one night to view Saturn. The mixed reviews were one person viewed Saturn with excellent optics where the other person could not focus and not just on Saturn but on similar type objects. I myself I had no trouble and quite enjoyed the quality. I wouldn’t recommend this telescope for a beginner though. I am a strong believer that anyone new to astronomy should not get a “go to” telescope.
