The DS-2130ATS-LNT Telescope features a large 5" 130mm aperture, which has the most light-gathering capability of any DS-2000 Series Telescopes. With the 5 inch aperture, you can view the true realm of the galaxies. With this telescope, you can view more of the surface details in planets and more cloud structure in nebulas. The largest aperture in the DS-2000 family also gives you brighter views of planets, clusters, nebulas, and galaxies. DS2130 ATS-LNT Telescopes include the Meade LNT Auto-align and the critically acclaimed Meade AutoStar with 9-speed controller and automatic GO TO capability to over 1400 celestial objects.

The LNT (Level North Technology) Module of DS 2130 ATS LNT 130mm Reflector Meade Telescope 20135 features electronic compass, electronic level, precise time, advanced red projection-point SmartFinder. The Meade Smart Finder helps with one of the early frustrating parts of astronomy: Centering the objects in the finder scope, which can be done by centering the red dot on the object you would like to see. The SmartFinder finder scope is upgraded from the previous generation of DS-2000 telescopes with new multi-coated optics for locating objects quickly and easily.
